We may be sassy most of the time, but we are beyond grateful for your purchase.  Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied and love every minute of your Well Dressed Southern Mess. 

Here’s a little bit about us...

 

What is Well Dressed Southern Mess?

Well, dollface … we are a company.  We dish moxie in the form of t-shirts, clothes and accessories; making the world a better place through whimsical, light hearted apparel.  Check out a little about our story here.   

 

Do you have a physical store to buy WDSM apparel?

We are so thankful that Al Gore invented the internet and reside exclusively and proudly in this space.  From time to time, we may offer local pop-up shopping or charity events, but we do not have a physical storefront. 

 

What’s the status of my order?

Check yo’self before you wreck yo’self.  No sweet cheeks, only playing.  Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. 

Signature Shirts:  We produce our signature shirts on demand and yours goes to the magic factory upon receipt.  We print on demand so that we get the perfect combination of color, size and style to meet your needs; that's why we can offer such flexible options! 

Orders are completed in the order they are received (unless expedited) and all orders are typically produced within a few days of placement and you will receive an order update along the way with shipping information.  Once your perfect order is complete, we do a final quality check to ensure it's flawless, babe.  Then, it's off on Santa's sleigh to you (well, without waiting for Christmas).  Pinky promise. 

Boutique Fashions & Accessories:  Apparel and accessory orders, excluding signature tees, are shipped in the order received and are sent out within 2-3 business days of placing your order.  Please note any back order or pre-sale engagements will be clearly marked and will have a different order lead time than noted here.  

 *** As a friendly reminder, please note, signature tees ship separately from other apparel and accessory orders.  

 

How do I know my size?

We are super picky t-shirt people and screened many, many duds before we gave this one the rose and settled in on our signature shirt.  Each shirt design notates the sizing chart.

We best describe the t-shirt sizing as a slim unisex cut.  The tees run a bit smaller than a regular men's shirt, but are fuller cut than a tiny tee women's cut.  Size down if you prefer a more fitted cut, but stay true to size or up if you have a full bust (we wish we were you) or prefer a fuller cut. 

The raglan and tanks fit similar to the tees, but a tiny bit larger.  If you are on the fence, consider a size down.  

 

 What are my payment options?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal.  Sorry, one card per transaction, babe.

 

What does shipping cost?

We strive to keep our shipping costs very reasonable.  All shipments are made from the USA.  If you are in a rush, you can select expedited shipping at checkout.  If you live in a wonderful tropical destination, give us a heads up so we can get a bigger box to ship ourselves, too!  Specific shipping amounts and any relevant discounts are shown at checkout.

 

What is the return policy?

We hope it doesn’t come to that, love.  If you received damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at service@gosouthbrands.com and we will work with you on a replacement or refund. Please include details about your order including order #, the problem with the item, and pictures of the physical issue, etc.

  While all colors may be slightly different on your computer screen, we do our best to provide you color and sizing information up front.  Since we print your order on demand, we only allow returns for damaged goods.  But don’t worry, seriously … you’ll love it.  Hope you understand.
